G. Wesley Price, MD, FACS

Surgical skill and aesthetic judgment characterize the work of G. Wesley Price, MD, FACS. His interests encompass cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and breast, as well as liposuction. Dr. Price is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, although he restricts his practice to plastic surgery. He has spoken and published nationally. Dr. Price is listed in The Best Doctors in America.

A native of North Carolina, Dr. Price received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After receiving his MD from Wake Forest University, Dr. Price completed his surgical residency at George Washington University, his plastic surgery residency at New York University and a Craniofacial Fellowship at the University of Miami. Dr. Price trained under many noted plastic surgeons, including Thomas Rees, Joe McCarthy, Daniel Baker, Sherrell Aston and Anthony Wolfe. A teacher himself, Dr. Price is a member of the clinical faculty in plastic surgery at Georgetown University.

Dr. Price is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. His many professional society memberships include the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons, District of Columbia Fairfax County Medical Society, Montgomery County Medical Society and Osler Society.
